Please read this policy carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Furnishings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Returns and Exchanges:<\/strong> Furnishings can be returned or exchanged within <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> Custom-made or specially manufactured furnishings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return\/Exchange Process:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact us via email or phone to submit a return or exchange request, providing us with purchase details and a description of the issue (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will arrange an inspection of the product to ensure it meets the return\/exchange conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon approval, the return or exchange process will be arranged.
